Hacks is one of HBO's flagship comedies, and its visual identity has to balance sharp, elevated design with the warmth and wit the show is known for. The campaign graphics carry a lot of tonal weight. They need to signal prestige without losing the irreverence that defines the series.
The Season 4 work received an Emmy nomination, a recognition of how the motion graphics contributed to the campaign as a whole. Season 5 extended that work across the full promotional suite: in-episode spots, weeks-ahead promos, and the main trailer, each with its own editorial rhythm and graphic requirements.
All ITE spots, weeks-ahead promos, and trailer title treatments were created and versioned for the Season 5 campaign, with the Season 4 work recognized with an Emmy nomination.
